The Knoa solution for user experience management (UEM), used by some of the biggest and best-known consumer products, entertainment, pharmaceutical and manufacturing brands in the world, delivers key insight into application performance, from the user point-of-view.
Knoa’s unique front-end monitoring approach provides insight into how employees interact with enterprise applications through the collection and analysis of end-user metrics. This allows users to separate real problems from subjective opinions, helping them to identify specific areas for improvement and take corrective actions to further ensure the maximum return on software investments.
