Value Targeting (VT) is a systematic approach to analyzing the functions of an end-user management program to identify opportunities for improving the performance and results achieved by end-users. Value Targeting will identify impediments to optimal end-user performance that are caused by poor end-user experience (such a poor application performance or quality). Value Targeting will also help you improve user performance by identifying opportunities to drive adoption, build efficient effective usage and ensure compliant execution.
Knoa provides the resources and expertise to conduct a detailed analysis by first gathering facts about the existing processes (e.g., Training, Help Desk, IT and Compliance and Business Process) and then evaluating the end-user performance data collected by Knoa, allowing your team to stay focused on running your business.
Knoa VT can begin after Knoa EPM is successfully implemented and sufficient data has been collected for in-depth analysis. Typically this is within 5-7 weeks of production launch. Knoa recommends conducting Value Targeting each quarter after launch for one (1) year for a total of four (4) VT sessions to maximize your investment.
What are the deliverables?
Results from the Value Targeting process will be provided to the client in the form of documented business cases. Analysis results and findings will be clearly defined and identified within the context of each business case. Each business case will include a remediation recommendation to deliver business value from the findings.
