Maintenance and Support
As part of its standard license and service agreement, Knoa provides maintenance, support, and upgrades for
the EPM software components.
Software Support, Maintenance and Upgrades
Knoa provides a full range of support services for its software components, including the Knoa client, server, and
reporting components. In addition, in a production implementation, Knoa proactively monitors the integrity of the monitoring, analysis, and reporting components
deployed in the customer environment, maintains a support ticket system, and provides timely updated and fixes when issues are discovered.
