The actual installation of the Knoa EPM product is managed by the customer organization. However, Knoa provides full support during the installation, including remote training sessions, and assistance with configuration of installed components.

Knoa provides support with the configuration of the Knoa components for data collection, analysis, and reporting, which are contingent upon the specific configuration of the customer environment. The Knoa implementation team will validate the full compatibility of the monitoring and reporting package against the live application environment, to make sure that this will be monitored according to the full EPM specifications.

Customers may choose to implement custom extensions to the Knoa monitoring and reporting package. To address these requests, Knoa offers professionals services consisting of developing support for these custom extensions.
