The Manager's Dashboard is the entry point to the Knoa EPM Console which integrates into a single view key components of all reporting modules available to Console users.

4. Performance Dashboard - breakdown of key performance indicators for all application instances

The Reports section of the Console contains aggregate and detailed views of the Knoa performance data, for all key performance metrics: errors, application function usage, and response time for system transactions.

1. User and System Errors Reports - error messages encountered by users while executing the monitored application, whether these errors are generated by the user or by the application infrastructure (client, application server, database server, browser, etc).
   
   
2. Response Time for System Transactions - response time for system transactions, such as navigation between application screens and other one-click operations on the monitored application.
   
   
3. Application Function Usage - the usage of monitored application functions. The Application Usage reports display the usage time and frequency for the application functions, as well as active and idle time for each of these functions.
   
   

The KPI module of the Knoa EPM Console gives the management team a top level view of the user and system performance - in form of key performance indicators (KPI) - enabling them to compare performance across application areas and application users. It enables IT, LOB and Training managers to benchmark performance and prioritize issue resolution.

The Workflows module displays a detailed view of user interactions with the application, such as screens they navigate to, transactions they execute, or error conditions they encounter during their session on the application.

The workflow data is available in real-time, to enable investigation of performance issues in real-time scenarios.

1. Users Perspective - displays workflow sessions and details for selected users.
   
   
2. Activities Perspective - enables searching for user activities based on a certain criteria - such as a specific error condition encountered by users.
   
   

The Alerts module provides the ability to configure alert instances, which are sets of conditions which will trigger alert notifications about desired performance events, such as error conditions or response time for system transactions.

1. Alert Notifications - The Alert Notifications section displays notification messages that have been issued by active alerts.
   
   
2. Alert Templates - Alert templates are the rules or conditions that performance events must satisfy in order for an alert notification to be issued. These conditions are defined by report users when creating an alert instance.
   
   

The Console Management section contains utilities for Console configuration and management, such as configuration of user access to the EPM Console, configuration of KPI thresholds, etc. It also contains real-time views of the Knoa track data.
