Thad Eidman, Chief Executive Officer
Thad Eidman brings leadership to the Knoa business that balances creative thinking with a focused, conservative operating style. He honed this approach through a long established career in the information services and software markets that is a unique blend of entrepreneurial and corporate experience. Prior to joining Knoa, Eidman was Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Constellation Ventures, a New York based, $450 million venture fund focused on media, content delivery and enterprise applications. At Constellation, Eidman focused on investments in the enterprise application software market. Before Constellation, Mr. Eidman was the co-founder and President of iFLEET/ERS, a leading provider of technology to the transportation industry. Under his leadership, iFLEET/ERS grew from a start-up venture in 1994 to 450 employees and $50 million in revenue by 2001. Twice a winner of the prestigious J.D. Power Quality award in its market segment, iFLEET/ERS served leading Global Companies such as Toyota, Mercedes and State Farm Insurance. Prior to co-founding iFLEET/ERS, Eidman spent 12 years at Dun & Bradstreet including stints at McCormack & Dodge, D&B's software division and A.C. Nielsen, D&B's marketing research division. At Nielsen, Eidman was a member of the A.C. Nielsen Board of Directors and headed up planning, acquisitions and strategy development worldwide for 40 countries and 14,000 employees. Yee-Ping Wu, Chief Operating Officer
A co-founder, Yee-Ping Wu serves as Knoa's Chief Operating Officer. During the 90's Wu, as CEO of M-Pen Inc, was noted for having grown the company into a dynamic and profitable entity in the pioneering and emerging market of multimedia. Recognizing the importance of strategic alliances, Wu built marketing and distribution arrangements with many global partners including Fujitsu, Discovery, Time Warner, BMG, Virgin and Microsoft. M-Pen successfully launched more than 40 products, many of these award-winning releases became industry top sellers. For her achievements, Wu has received many prestigious awards including the AWIB Entrepreneurial Achievement Award, the NYWA Star Award, and the Award for Excellence in Science and Technology from Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani. Wu is frequently featured in articles and books such as Wired, Business Week and New York Times. She is a frequent conference speaker for institutions such as the Harvard Business School, the New York Academy of Sciences, and the Federal Reserve Bank. A co-founder, Phillip Lui serves as Knoa's Chief Technology Officer. Lui has had a long history as an innovative thinker and developer of core technology and tools. Lui's responsibilities include patents, architecture, directions of Knoa's fundamental technology and software engineering, quality assurance, R&D, risk, and release management. Lui oversees the platform taxonomy for Knoa's technology and services has also been awarded three software patents including the latest Knoa technology platform. Lui has extensive software development experience with multi-platform, multi-tiered solutions, component-based architectures, language, and tool development. He did undergraduate work in mathematics and received his doctoral music degree from Juilliard School in composition. Jerry Dolinsky, Executive Vice President Worldwide Field Operations
Jerry Dolinsky brings more than 20 years of sales and business development experience to Knoa. In the role of EVP Worldwide Field Operations, Dolinsky is responsible for all business development activities, including channel sales, direct sales and alliances. He directs Knoa’s field operations team to drive additional market penetration for Knoa, as well as expanding alliances with existing partners, such as SAP and Oracle. Prior to Knoa, Dolinsky served as senior vice president of Worldwide Field Operations for Retek Inc., a leading retail industry solutions provider. Over his six-year tenure, Dolinsky helped Retek gain number one market position and grow annual revenues from $20 million to $190 million. During this period the company executed a successful initial public offering and was subsequently acquired by Oracle for $670 million. Lori Wizdo, Vice President Marketing
Lori Wizdo is a veteran marketing executive with over 25 years of experience conceptualizing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs for pioneering software companies. Prior to joining Knoa, Ms. Wizdo was Vice President, Marketing for Identify Software where her accomplishments in creating market awareness, gaining analyst endorsements and launching sales programs contributed to the company’s revenue growth from $6 million to $23 million and its ultimate acquisition by BMC Software. Wizdo has held senior sales and marketing positions with a diverse set of technology firms, from venture-backed start-ups to global corporations, including BMC, Xerox, NCR Corporation and Unisys. Ms. Wizdo is a recognized industry thought leader and a frequent speaker at a diverse assortment of industry events ranging from BrainTrust to INETA. Her articles have been published in KM World, SD Times, Application Development Trends, International Developer and Software Business. |
