Knoa Software is a fast growing software company, seeking a solution marketing manager to join our team of exceptional individuals. Developing marketing deliverables, promotional programs, and sales tools, the Solution Marketing Manager will be the driving force to greater Knoa product visibility within the enterprise software market.
We look for leaders who demonstrate high personal productivity and integrity, who can work largely unassisted and as part of a closely knit team.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing deliverables to help customers and partners understand the value of our Knoa end user experience management solutions.
- Marketing deliverables include, but are not limited to, customer case studies, product and solution data sheets, customer success stories, newsletters, whitepapers, website content presentations, videos, webinars and other communications materials
- Develop sales tools to help customers and channel partners improve prospecting results and close ratios as well as shorten sales cycles.
- Marketing deliverables include, but are not limited to, sales guides, ROI guides, demonstrations, and competitive positioning profiles
- Develop and communicate key messaging for Knoa products and services in terms of relevant industry buying trends and influences.
- Design, develop and implement innovative promotional programs to drive sales force behavior in our channel partners
- Actively monitor and measure and report marketing campaign effectiveness
Skills
- Knowledge of marketing best practices, tools, and processes in the B2B software market
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to deliver on high level objectives and manage day to day 'interruptions' to support sales and channel partners
Experience
- 5-7 years Marketing or Product Management experience in the enterprise software industry
