Knoa Software is seeking a Sales Engineer to be at the center of our growing sales team. The Sales Engineer will be given the opportunity to serve as a creative and dynamic resource for both our sales team and our growing customer base. This position will focus primarily on the development of new customized sales programs, presentations and technical demonstrations for prospective clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of a leading sales team, selling Knoas' enterprise products
• White board presentations of our products and client sites
• Perform presentations and follow up with prospective customers.
• Assess the needs and uncover requirements for our solutions.
• Demonstrate products to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Install and support product trials.
• Work with new customers to ensure success.
• Help to identify market and product requirements based on field experience.
• Work as part of a sales team toward reaching quarterly territory sales quota.
• Train customers and partners on products.
• Mentor partners with deployment best practices learned from the professional services organization.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of five years experience selling and implementing emerging enterprise software solutions in a sales engineering role.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing customer problems, requirements and proposing technical solutions.
• Must develop and maintain sales tools such as demonstrations and presentation materials.
• Must be able to create sales proposals (RFIs/RFPs), contribute to white papers, and technical documentation.
• Must have, at a minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree with a technical minor.
• Must possess excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Must have hands-on experience implementing enterprise-class software applications.
• Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
