Sales Executive
Knoa Software is a fast growing and a dynamic company seeking the right candidate who thrives on improving product knowledge, industry knowledge and communication best within our sales team and clients. We are currently recruiting for high level strategic Sales Executives on the East and West coasts.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute revenue strategies, account planning and business processes for key accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Knoa Software products.
- Build and cultivate client and agency relationships.
- Represent Knoa Software at marketing and advertising events.
- Manage prospects successfully through the sales cycle
- Capture and maintain accurate and timely records
- Preparing and presenting professional seminars and proposals specific to the target markets
- Identify competitive situations and recommend appropriate action
- Research qualified opportunities using web and other resources
- Focus on personal sales targets; new business development and maintaining customer relationships.
- Assist sales management in devising strategic account sales plans and strategies.
- Understand the competition and uses knowledge to effectively position Knoa.
Requirements:
- Candidate will have excellent public speaking skills complemented by exceptional written and oral skills
- Candidate must be a self starter.
- BA/BS degree required with strong academic performance preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive work experience in at least one of the following technology sales areas, Performance Management Application Sales, ERP application sales, or CRM application sales.
- Experience selling one of the following software products is a plus; Oracle, Peoplesoft, Siebel, JD Edwards, or Mercury.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, combining your strategizing, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Proven record of strategic development in a Fortune 1000 client base.
- Candidate will work hand in hand with our pre sales organization to recognize how our customers can benefit from utilization of our solutions, and how we can be most effective in helping them overcome challenges, should then be able to translate this into an ROI and business case.
- Up to 50% travel.
