Program managers are end user focused, working to ensure that the products Knoa produces will delight users and enable them to do their best. Program management is also an opportunity to flex technical muscles and design instincts: your technical decisions, direction and usability issues are what drive products and features through to completion.

Program managers translate market benefits and user requirements into product features and functional specifications. This involves working across multiple groups with business, and marketing and sales personnel on the end user. On the implementation end, they prioritize and deliver on those features, working closely with key technical resources, such as Software Development, Testing, Documentation, Localization and Tech Support, and more.

Program managers typically have a software development background, and own the product and its processes. This technical expertise is blended with evangelism, empathy, conflict negotiation skills, and a passion for driving projects through to completion. Skills/Qualifications:

• Computer science degree or comparable work experience
• Multiple years experience in full cycle software development
• Well organized, self starter, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, a strong, natural instinct and enthusiasm for problem-solving
• A dynamic personality with both technical proficiency and personable skills
• A good motivator relentlessly focused on reaching product objectives, driven to succeed.
