• Programmers pursuing a Computer Science degree
• Experience with any of Java, C++ or applications experience and a growing knowledge of algorithms and design practices
• Experience with any of the following a plus: Win32 SDK, COM, ActiveX, low level operating system coding, web applications, J2EE/.NET
• Good communication and technical writing skills are also needed.

There is a variety of projects (depending on schedule) ranging from building hardware, web development, application development, to software automation. There are also a number of research projects involving industry standard applications from IBM, CA, and HP, SAP, or Siebel.
