As an integral member of Knoa Software Inc., the Business Analyst will provide data and analysis as well as project management support on multiple process improvement and initiatives throughout the company. This individual will work closely with Knoa Software customers in gathering requirements, documenting workflows, modeling solutions, and developing implementation strategies for common processes and systems projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the areas of Operations and Technology.

Requirements:

• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
• Strong communication skills: verbal & written
• People oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective documentation skills
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience of business analysis and system design a must
• Possesses an analytical approach toward drawing logical conclusions.
• Familiar with Data Warehousing Concepts
• Report development (Business Objects Enterprise Web Intelligence preferred)
• Familiarity reading data models
• Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server, DB2 knowledge a plus.
• Business Intelligence, ETL, data profiling experience a plus
• Minimum 1 year of testing experience
• Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle
• The ability to identify process/performance improvement opportunities and to formulate and present proposed solutions
