Joe Lawless Joins Knoa Software as Vice President of Worldwide Sales

At a time of significant market growth, Lawless to drive global sales team and expand company presence internationally

NEW YORK, December 5, 2011 - Knoa® Software, the leading provider of end-user management software, today announced the expansion of its executive team with the addition of Joe Lawless, vice president of worldwide sales. Joe will lead the global sales team as Knoa continues to expand its presence in North America, Latin America, Asia and Europe.

Joe has a proven background in enterprise software sales and marketing that spans two-plus decades and includes a record of building successful software companies. During his career, Joe has driven exponential revenue growth at a number of software companies including Verity, KVS and Princeton Softech.

"As we continue our rapid global expansion, with offices in each geographic region, we need a senior sales executive to drive our aggressive revenue growth plan," said Thad Eidman, CEO of Knoa. "Joe brings extensive global experience in managing both channel and direct sales to the Knoa team. Joe began his career in software sales over 25 years ago at Computer Associates where he was a part of the global sales leadership team that delivered revenue growth from $26 million to over $1 billion annually during the 1980s. In the 1990s, Joe directed his professional sales experience to the Internet and e-commerce space.
